We call our place The Keys because of the piano key bar that divides the full-service kitchen and the billiard room. The billiard room is flanked by two open living rooms, each with its own large screen TV.
With the newly renovated condo's location on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of historic Old Colorado City (OCC), you'll also feel like you have The Keys to this quaint "Americana of the Rockies" town, which was the capital of Colorado when it was just a U.S. Territory. OCC is just minutes to the Pike's Peak area's most popular attractions.
Private rooms off the common area have comfy, high-quality queen beds and ample closet storage space for your bags and personal effects.
A queen sleeper sofa if the South living room is great for the kids, and the room is also outfitted with a gaming console. The West living room has a full, tilt-back couch and a smart TV with Hulu and Netflix.
The cozy, uplifted bathrooms have posh towels and all the accoutrements you need when traveling light.
You'll have The Keys all to yourself, with access to all spaces.
Interaction with guests
Chris and Jillian Dwyer, who are the owners of the small, family-oriented business (The White Yarrow, LLC) that operates The Keys, live in a "Homestead BnB" (yes, chickens, bees, vegetables and vacation rentals!) in downtown Manitou Springs, a few miles West of The Keys. They are available by text or phone during your stay and will only visit if you have need of their assistance, though they welcome visitors to their Manitou Homestead, and can at times offer free parking to The Keys' guests visiting Manitou Springs.
Other things to note
Parking: Free, private parking exists on site for a single vehicle, and additional free public parking is a few buildings East down the alley.
