Conveniently located just south of Highway 280 Riverbend Bridge offers immediate relaxation with easy access. Riverbend is built around a fabulous large room overlooking the lake and also includes: wood-burning stone fireplace, vaulted ceiling, large windows, a 40 'LCD TV for big game, and a bar between the kitchen making it perfect for entertaining.
In the semi-finished basement of the house is a pool table and ping-pong which makes this space perfect for children to play with and does not interrupt a good conversation upstairs. And when they go to bed, the area is custom made for an expensive night. This is a semi finished basement that you must access by exiting onto the lake side deck down the stairs to the entrance. * You will have to go outside to access this area. * The pool table is not 'top of the line' and is intended for occasional play. Please do not expect too much from our aging rental home pool table;)
There are 3 master queen suites (all of which have their own private bathrooms) and a 'bunk room' for a total of 4 bedrooms. The 'bunk room' is a converted garage and has four beds and a futon This room is designed for children and may not be suitable for adults in your party.There is no closet in this room and no dresser.
A slightly sloping lawn leads you to the lake with a stone wall, large pier, the latter for easy water access, and plenty of space for several boats.

This is a great place to get together with family and friends. It is spacious and each bedroom has its own bath. The house is very clean and the view is beautiful. We had a great weekend and will be back this summer.
It was perfect for our delayed family Christmas location. Having Alex City so close to medical facilities and shopping was a relief. We've already agreed we'd like to come back. The bunk room worked great for the grandchildren. All three couples had their own bedroom / bathroom. It was too cold for fishing to dismay one of the 5 year old twins, but he tried his hand at pool. The only slight inconvenience was having to go outside to get to the basement for pool. And there was not enough lighting in the kitchen and dining area. I actually bought a drop light and hung it from a hook I found over the bar to help while preparing food. But definitely want to return and will recommend to others.
